What happens if I forgot to file my income taxes?

April 30 at midnight… the deadline for most Canadians to file personal returns for the 2011 tax year.  Hopefully, the majority of us did this.  But what happens if you missed it?  Unless you have made it a personal choice to never pay your taxes again, there are a few things you should do within the next few months.
